Terms & Conditions
2. Payments can be taken online at the time of booking through campsites.co.uk or if the booking was made privately through Lane End Camping directly, then an invoice will be sent and payment requested via BACS before the booking is secure.

3. Any special requests or bookings of breakfast boxes or cream teas need to be made directly with Lane End Camping.
1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by you can be made anytime up to 7 days before arrival with a 100% refund, minus a 15% admin fee.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - no refund.

Refunds will not be given if you decide to leave the campsite early due to weather, illness or for any reasons beyond your control.

If we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund any money paid to us for the booking, but we will not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation.
Obligation of Guests

We ask that you respect all property on the site and on the farm, respect other guests and respect staff working on the farm.

Any damage or breakages to any property or part of the site must be reported as soon as reasonably possible and we will charge you for any relevant costs of repair. If a pod is damaged the guests will be charged a minimum of £500.

Instructions for use of the separator toilet must be followed and if the toilet if damaged, broken or blocked, guests will be charged £500 for its repair.

On arrival, you may drive along the track up to the camping pods and park respectfully on the gravel between the camping pods (1 car per pod). If staying in a tent, you may drive along the track to the pitches, but we ask you do not drive on the grass and once you have unloaded, park in on the gravel track or in the designated area back in the farm yard. Please respect other guests, farm workers and livestock whilst driving up to and back from the campsite.

When pitching your tent, please ensure that your tent is 6 metres away from adjacent tents.

The campsite must not be used for any dangerous, immoral, illegal, offensive or noisy activities and we reserve the right to ask you to leave the site immediately if you do not adhere to our campsite regulations.

Fire pits and barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and only in the specified areas and not on the grass. Firepits can be hired on request.

Smoking is not permitted in tents, the camping pods, the toilet shed or anywhere near, in or around the farm buildings.

You must not enter any fields, barns or paddocks unless they are on a public footpath or via a pre arranged appointment with Lane End Camping.

Lane End Camping is on a working farm. You must not feed, handle or go into any field or barn with livestock.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the campsite but must be kept on a lead, under control, not left unattended and must not cause any nuisance to other campsite users, farm staff or livestock.

Please only exercise your dog on public footpaths.

Dogs are limited to a maximum of 2 per pod/tent.

Any damage caused to property by your dog will be charged to you for its repair or replacement

You must notify us at the time of booking, if you wish to bring a dog.

Dog breeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Dogs
In the event of a Meteorological Office red severe weather warning, it is the right of Lane End Camping to close the campsite for safety reasons and ask you to vacate immediately. A refund will be given for the remainder of your stay but we do not accept responsibility for finding alternative accommodation for you, for your stay
